1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Qlynk Node ecosystem, including the Secure File Vault and Qlynk Tube streaming capabilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description & Access

Qlynk provides enterprise-grade, decentralized file hosting and media streaming utilizing Hugging Face Datasets infrastructure. Access to premium bandwidth, high-definition streaming, and dedicated node tokens requires a valid commercial pass obtained via our secure checkout.

• Tokens are generated per user and are strictly non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.

3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Qlynk infrastructure for any unlawful purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Hosting or transmitting malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Bypassing or attempting to crack our cryptographic token system.
• Using automated scraping tools or bots against our API without authorization.

4. Termination of Access

Qlynk Architecture reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the node immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
