1. General Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services (Node Tokens, Streaming Bandwidth, Vault Access), all sales are generally final once a token has been generated and utilized. Instant digital delivery means the service is consumed immediately upon access.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
We believe in fairness. Refunds or token extensions will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- System Failure: If the Qlynk Node experiences an extended global outage (exceeding 12 hours) during your active premium window.
- Cryptographic Errors: If a token generated by our system fails to grant you access due to an internal backend error.
- Accidental Double Charges: If the Razorpay gateway accidentally bills you twice for a single order.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- You simply change your mind after the token has been issued.
- Your token expires because you forgot to use it within the allotted time (24h, 3 Days, or 7 Days).
- Your access is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a technical fault, please contact the administrator via the Telegram Bot or Discord channel. You must provide your Order ID (found on your PDF receipt) for verification. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
