• Identity Data: Name, Email address, and Telegram/Phone contact details for receipt delivery.
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and device information for security routing and anti-spam measures.
• Transaction Data: Secure Payment IDs provided by Razorpay (We do NOT store your credit card or UPI PINs).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is utilized exclusively for providing and improving the Qlynk service. Specifically, we use it to:

• Generate secure, personalized access tokens.
• Send automated PDF receipts and notifications via our official Telegram Bot.
• Prevent fraud and enforce our Anti-Spam Rate Limiting protocols.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your profile data is stored securely within isolated folders inside the Hugging Face Vault architecture. We employ 256-bit encryption for data in transit. You have the right to request deletion of your data logs by contacting the administrator.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use ultra-long-lasting cookies (approx. 10 years) strictly to enhance your user experience by auto-filling your details during repeat checkouts. You can clear these at any time via your browser settings.
